A global investment firm recently acquired a middle-market elevator services company and required immediate support to oversee a large-scale ERP transformation. Having successfully partnered with Liberty on prior initiatives, the firm once again turned to our team to guide the implementation and ensure alignment between the investment firm, the portfolio company, and their chosen system integrator.

Liberty was engaged to establish and lead an ERP Implementation Program Management Office (PMO) to provide structure, oversight, and coordination among the Buyer, the portfolio company, and the system integrator.
