Brian brings over 15 years of systems implementation and strategic management consulting experience across a diverse group of clients, including consumer-packaged goods, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, resources, retail, wholesale distribution, and logistics industries. Having worked across global markets with a diverse client base, Brian is able to truly understand his clients’ goals and to create unique, successful, and strategic initiatives. He is also the Liberty Strategic Partnerships lead, focusing on establishing and growing our partners and providers.
Prior to joining Liberty, Brian was a Consultant in Accenture’s SAP Technical Architecture practice focused on planning and executing SAP implementation and data governance projects.

Jason brings more than 19 years of consulting and operations experience with an emphasis on IT transformation, strategy, and delivery assurance. Throughout his career, he has worked with clients across a broad variety of industries and is able to efficiently create solutions for his clients.
While at Liberty Advisor Group, Jason has driven projects across a variety of offerings, with an emphasis on IT strategy, delivery assurance and pre/post-merger integration execution. Jason specializes in the delivery of business-aligned systems integration and technology implementations, and large-scale business and IT transformation initiatives. He recently served as the IT lead for the successful divestiture and carve-out for two business units of a Fortune 500 automotive parts supplier with a combined revenue of over $6B.
Prior to Liberty, Jason managed multiple large-scale ERP implementation programs within the consumer goods and products space. Jason specialized in deployment/implementation delivery and execution management of infrastructure stand-up through legacy data conversion.

Dave is a Principal Consultant with over 15 years experience. He currently helps clients with transformational projects specializing in ERP and data and analytics. Dave has a diverse background in complex IT environments across several industries such as aerospace and defense, chemicals, CPG, and manufacturing, making his skills readily adaptable to every client’s needs.
While at Liberty Advisor Group, Dave has been part of engagements across most of the company’s key offerings. Dave led several workstreams as part of a complex M&A carve-out from a $10B company with four different buyers. He has led and been part of multiple ERP transformation delivery assurance roles including a $2.5B aerospace and defense company. Dave has also led several data and analytics engagements including a BI re-platform project at a $3.5B chemicals company.
Prior to Liberty, Dave managed multi-million-dollar technology projects, implemented ERP at Fortune 500 companies, and helped build comprehensive enterprise data strategies for his clients.

Jason is a Principal at Liberty Advisor Group with 10+ years of experience in delivering both business and IT transformation programs. Jason also specializes in data and analytics projects driving business insights to find cost savings, operational efficiencies and mitigate risk through the lens of analytics.
While at Liberty, Jason has driven projects across a variety of offerings. Jason has led several ERP transformation delivery assurance projects, keeping programs on track and on budget. Jason drove the SAP, supply chain and business intelligence applications carveout and stand up for the divestiture of a $4B company. Jason has also managed several procurement optimization projects, one using data and analytics to drive $8MM in savings, and another project streamlining processes with the goal of collecting millions in missed discounts as well as optimizing headcount.
Prior to Liberty, Jason managed multiple large-scale ERP implementation programs with the consumer and industrial products and retail industries. Jason specialized in the delivery of supply chain optimization tools as well as business intelligence and enterprise analytics tools.

Rafe is a Principal with 15 years of experience delivering value through business and IT transformation programs. He has delivered several complex system implementations, business acquisition integrations, and carve-outs. Rafe believes in a strategy that is rooted in operational optimization improvements to ensure that clients can achieve the most value with minimal investment.
While at Liberty Advisor Group, Rafe has driven projects across a variety of offerings. He has worked at the forefront of technology, helping clients in the autonomous driving space set up and expand operations. Rafe has delivered complex divestitures of divisions in the $1B – $4B range, focused on TSA management and reduction of stranded costs. Additionally, he has delivered several IT strategy, digital transformation, data monetization, and data governance projects for both Enterprise clients and Private Equality Portfolio companies. Prior to Liberty, Rafe delivered enterprise business and IT programs in the areas of business process redesign, ERP implementations, customer experience, sales, and operations planning, and five-year planning focused on the automotive and chemical manufacturing industries.
