The transaction further strengthens Liberty’s merger due diligence and information technology practice by adding expert security services with a focus on business threat intelligence. As a result of this acquisition, clients will have more access to Liberty’s leading services and solutions to better reduce their threat profiles and safeguard valuable data and operations. The terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.

- Automated monitoring and expert analysis of hundreds of integrated information sources, including dark websites and forums, non-indexed deep web content and metadata, and other proprietary and open source databases.
- Exceptional staff with distinct security and business expertise to meet clients’ specific needs.
