Alec is a Principal at Liberty Advisor Group and has spent the past three years within the M&A and Transaction Services division. He has evaluated hundreds of middle-market businesses across various industries through pre-close technology diligence, post-close value creation engagements, and go-to-market advisory initiatives.

His experience across industries allows him to analyze business processes and supporting technologies to assist clients in developing IT strategies, identifying risks, and recognizing opportunities to improve efficiencies.

Prior to joining Liberty, Alec worked for Sharmac Capital Management, a proprietary trading firm, trading a discretionary futures account using several forms of technical and fundamental analysis to calculate entry and exit positions. He also worked for Vivid Seats, an online ticket marketplace, where he worked on both the SEO and Strategic Partnership teams.
