Bob Greenberg is a global Information Technology executive with strong public company Board, general management, and IT leadership expertise. Bob is exceptionally skilled at affecting business models through the usage of advanced technologies and the concomitant organization dynamics. He has demonstrated success structuring and resolving complex issues, ranging from organization creation to global business process re-engineering. Areas of expertise include Leadership and Organization Development, IT Strategy and Execution, Outsourcing and Offshore Development, Business Process Re-engineering and the associated behavioral, procedural, and organization changes necessary to execute large scale change.

Bob has performed IT due diligence and / or operations improvement on behalf of several Private Equity firms, including Blackstone, Warburg Pincus, General Atlantic, Cressey & Co, and Atlas Holdings. He has rapidly diagnosed and assimilated complex issues and recommended immediate alternatives and risk mitigation strategies.

Prior to working with Liberty, Bob served as CIO for several global organizations, including AGCO Corporation, Nissan Americas, and Exxon Asia Pacific. Bob has also held various corporate and advisory board at organizations including: Active Power (Public Company BoD), eMids, Sutter Hill Ventures, Sierra Ventures, and the Nashville Technology Council.
