Jason Juds is a Principal at Liberty Advisor Group focused on Business & IT Strategy and ERP Transformation & Delivery Assurance. Jason has worked across the full spectrum of an IT/ERP Strategy program from blueprint, to design, to build/test, to deployment strategy. Jason has experience with multiple large scale system deployments across ERP, CRM, SCM, and BI technologies.

Additionally, Jason has experience working with custom software development companies to build Platforms or Data & Analytics solutions from scratch to drive value to their overall business. Jason is experienced in both waterfall and agile software delivery lifecycle methodologies. Jason has operated as a Product Owner for multiple solutions, playing that role between the business and technology leadership to bring both together around the common goal of the highest value platform and technology possible.

Lastly, Jason has experience building Data & Analytics solutions to drive specific business value realization. Jason has worked with a client to develop data solutions that provided insights into $8M in Indirect Spend opportunities. Jason has worked with a client to consolidate their total spend across multiple ERP platforms outside of the systems to identify target vendors and terms that should be optimized across the supply chain. Jason has also worked with a highly acquisitive client to build a data platform that could consolidate sales and finance data outside of the various disparate ERP systems within their control, driving visibility across the company versus just within each division.

Internally to Liberty, Jason is also the Head of Digital Marketing, focusing on website development, CRM solutions and capabilities, campaign management and technology integrations between CRMs and other third-party lead management providers. Jason is specialized in Hubspot, WordPress, ZoomInfo, to name a few CRM related solutions.
