Joe is a Principal with 6 years of experience helping companies leverage technology to automate business processes, strengthen security, and develop meaningful insight from data. Throughout his career, Joe has had hands-on experience in network architecture design and implementation, product development, and data governance.

While at Liberty, Joe has primarily worked as a product manager directing the build of a business intelligence application and helped companies recover from cybersecurity incidents. Joe has also leveraged his postgraduate degree in Data Science and his prior experience in IT to enable data-centric decision making and drive digital transformations.

Joe started his career in the telecom industry at AT&T, where he employed his management skills to lead several cross-functional projects to optimize the fiber network construction and utilized statistical analysis and machine learning to improve the company’s network planning forecasting process.
