Mark is the Head of Liberty’s M&A and Transaction Services division that focuses on pre-close technology diligence, post-close value creation engagements, and go-to market advisory initiatives. Mark and his team focus on partnering with private equity and M&A-focused entities to execute strategic technology engagements that will help grow and scale acquisitions. Mark leverages his technical expertise and financial background to provide strategic direction throughout the entire deal lifecycle with the ultimate goal of helping his clients achieve their growth and valuation targets.

His diverse experience across multiple industries allows him to quickly analyze business processes and their underlying technology to help develop strategic technology-focused recommendations, improve efficiencies and identify risks that will enable businesses to achieve their goals.

Prior to Liberty, Mark worked for J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank and Accenture with a main focus on analyzing existing operational processes, structuring their ideal future state and leading development teams to implement the various transformations.

Mark joined Liberty because he wanted to get exposure to a fast-paced, growing firm while partnering with Liberty’s experienced, high-caliber individuals to solve complex business challenges.
