Mike is a Principal Consultant with experience in management, optimization, and business transformation. He has a strong background in team leadership, operational planning and execution in all types of environments. Mike utilizes his background, with a hands-on and analytical approach, to help clients understand their needs and drive valuable change.

While at Liberty Advisor Group, Mike has contributed to multiple projects, including an organizational design optimization for a $500M+ client looking to stabilize and grow. Mike also helped lead a $600M+ manufacturer through the selection of an enterprise-wide ERP solution and led the day-to-day operations of the ensuing ERP implementation as part of the project management office. Most recently, Mike has been managing the IT-associated separation efforts for $1B+ carve-out.

Prior to joining Liberty, Mike served as an airborne ranger-qualified infantry officer in the U.S. Army for five years. He led various unique and complex organizations, developing a skillset in complex management, organizational transformation, operational optimization, and risk mitigation.
