RJ is a Principal Technologist with 14+ years experience currently focused in Data & Analytics Advisory. His work expands across Enterprise IT, Data, and Cyber cross-functional teams for both commercial and Federal clients in Data Governance, Machine Learning, and Data Modernization. 

He served as a Military Intelligence Officer in the United States Army where he specialized in Analytics Project Management and Continuity of Operations planning for the National Security Agency. In graduate school, he interned with SAP SuccessFactors in Compensation Analytics and AT&T’s premier MBA Leadership Development Program for B2B Technology Sales. 

He pivoted to Management Consulting at Accenture where he focused in Business Analytics and Business Intelligence solution delivery for Enterprise IT Governance and Cyber Security for multiple Fortune 50 clients. He then worked for Booz Allen Hamilton where he led teams as a Technical Program Manager and developed contracts in Analytics business development. 

With Liberty Advisor Group, RJ has developed Corporate IT and Data strategies for implementation advising numerous mid-market C-suite clients on Data modernization.  He has managed and delivered vendor partnerships in Cloud/SaaS Master Data Management solutions to modernize Enterprise Customer Relationship Management and Employee Resource Platforms.  

He resides in the greater Washington, D.C. area.
