He served as President of Holland Inc, from May 2012 to Oct 2019. Holland Inc. is a Yellow Corporation subsidiary highly recognized for delivering the most next-day less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation services within its geographical footprint, while annually recording one of the lowest claims ratios in the industry. Holland provides industry-leading, on-time speed, reliability, and quality for customers located in the central and southeastern United States and eastern Canada.
He was named Chief Network Officer (CNO) for YELLOW Corporation in 2019, where he was responsible for the alignment and coordination of all line-haul network operations across the four subsidiaries: Holland, Reddaway, New Penn, and YRC Freight. His experience working with large-scale change management projects involving the full integration of operational networks has been well documented throughout his career.  He has been involved with multiple expansion and growth projects that include both organic as well as merger and acquisitions while directing the full integration of operations to provide a superior service product on a single platform.
