Sean is the former CIO & VP of Information Technology at Major League Baseball and has spent his entire career leveraging technology to improve operations in unique and creative ways. He brings 20 years of operational experience to the team; he has managed service desks, infrastructure engineering teams, product and application groups, filled program management roles, and led the team that first deployed tablets into Major League dugouts. His people-focused approach involves gaining a deep understanding of the “why” behind any organizational design and operation in order to understand how history and culture will impact change efforts

While at Liberty Advisor Group, Sean has served as interim CIO for a $250M healthcare organization and led the development of an integration plan for a multibillion-dollar merger. He leveraged his operational background as part of multiple organizational assessment and design projects and has advised clients on the differing approaches to cybersecurity governance.
