As a new addition to Liberty Advisor Group, Tsika is a Principal Consultant who brings over six years of leadership and problem-solving experience with a focus in program management.

Prior to joining Liberty, she was a Force Support Officer in the U.S. Air Force providing sustainment and personnel support for Airmen and Guardians. While serving, she led teams of various sizes through the planning and execution phases of several large-scale mission-critical projects and program reviews. Of note, she managed a team of 100+ in a $2.5 million feeding sustainment overseas mission and reinvigorated a training series for her career field peers across Air Force bases throughout the country. She strikes the balance of attention to detail while meeting big picture objectives and brings this skill to each project.

Tsika joined Liberty Advisor Group for the opportunity to solve complex business problems through proper and innovative use of technology. She shines in asking the right questions and delivering client-centered results.
